We received final site plan approval for the residential phase from The City of Douglas August 19, 2024. We tentatively expect a timeline as follows*:
Spring 2025: Infrastructure improvements begin
Summer 2025: Single family home construction begins along St. Peter’s Drive
Fall 2025: Remaining single-family homes to be built.
Spring 2026: Construction begins on the Phase II mixed-use.

We are accepting reservations for our single family home sites. Only 8 remain available!
Upon final site plan approval, we will record the Master Deed and execute finalized purchase agreements. Earnest money deposits are recommended.

We highly recommend single-family home site buyers partner with an architect or builder as early as possible to avoid delays in permitting and construction.
Buyers are welcome to use an architect or builder of their choice (subject to Architectural Review Committee approval) or we are happy to introduce you to our pre-qualified preferred builders.
